Important Notes for Your Dress Status Request

  • Please submit only one status request. Submitting multiple inquiries may delay your response.
  • Our shipping and receiving department is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays.
    • There are no commercial deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Please allow approximately 14 additional business days from your ship date for processing and delivery. Please keep in mind that delivery times can vary.
    • Arrivals can be impacted by weather conditions, holidays, and volume bridal seasons.
  • If you paid for a rush, please keep in mind that rush shipping includes both expedited delivery and priority placement in the production queue ahead of standard orders.
    • However, rush shipping is not exempt from delays due to weather conditions, holidays, and volume bridal seasons.
  • Once your gown arrives, a team member will contact you by phone to schedule your pick-up appointment.
  • A digital tracking number is not provided. Please refer to the 14-business-day processing window for updates.
  • Once your request is submitted, you can expect a response within 48–72 hours, depending on the time of submission and business hours.
  • We kindly ask that you do not call the showroom regarding order status. All communication will be conducted via email.
